Comark delivered over 15.000t of project cargo this year from / to Serbia, trying to reach one thousand heavy loads by end of year (oversized / heavy / government & defence equipment). These quantities are also the main reason Comark opened a new office in Beograd.

A lot of cargo that was being shipped via Black sea ports, is now moving to North Adriatic ports, which means also more work for Comark.

A recent projects was the delivery of new mining dump trucks, which are too big for the road, so they are delivered disassembled.

Brasil Projects Handled 80km of Underwater Cables for Florianópolis Island

Brasil Projects was responsible for the brokerage and logistics planning with documentation advisory, tax planning and clearance.

The cables will be responsible for supplying power to the island of Florianópolis, through the 230kV transmission line.

The port chosen for unloading for the operation was Imbituba. The biggest challenge was to keep the ship and the barge moored simultaneously, in total safety and without disturbing the other port operations. In parallel, Brasil Projects received 36 coils of cables, delivered and unloaded along the entire length of the onshore project.

With the load collectively weighing in excess of 50 tonnes, the delivery was transported using a combination of flatbed and low bed trucks handled by LASO Moçambique, Lda. and not least thanks to our client Heavy Industry Logistics Ltd

Upon completion, the gas-fired power plant is expected to bolster Mozambique’s energy security, while eventually boosting access to affordable energy and furthering the country’s contributions to the regional power market.
